On Nov. 14, a preparation meeting for Durban Climate Change Conference was co-hosted by Tecent.com, China Civil Climate Action Network and Global Village of Beijing. Reresentatives from NGOs introduced their activity arrangement in Durban conference and exchanged views with delegate from government and business representatives. Mr. Li Gao from climate change department of NDRC, Prof. Zhang Haibing from Peking University and Yoke Ling from TWN delivered speeches from different perspectives on the current status of climate talks.
